Our Story
Jose Camacho, a 2nd Generation roofer, started A1 Roofing Inc. in 2018 with a couple of hands of help from family, and a truck. Spending the last 4 years building relationships and clientele, A1 Roofing has earned a 5 star rating with the Better Business Bureau, Google and is the preferred roofing contractor for many property management companies, and large names like Century Link, Lumen, and Tremco CGP; just to name a few.
In 2021 Jose decided that it was time to expand the business in order to service more of the valley. Hiring an administrative staff, sales staff and creating an insurance billing, and finance department, and partnering with more sub-contractors throughout the valley, Jose has been able to grow A1 Roofing to more than 20 employees including a Sales, and Production Director, along with an Executive Director; all of which assist in the day to day operations of the business.

Jose Camacho jr
CEO
As a 2nd generation Roofer with over 12 years experience, Jose is proficient in the installation and quality control of many roofing systems including Tiles, Shingles, Acrylic and Foam Coatings and much more. Garnering success in other business ventures, in 2018 Jose founded A1 Roofing Inc. with the simple notion that quality, integrity, and workmanship should lead every job completed by A1 Roofing Inc. With OSHA, TRI Alliance Manual, Malarky Shingle & Tremco Certifications, Jose stives to deliver A1 Service and results in anything he does. As CEO, Jose bring a spirit of excellence, and drive to the employees and any project he is working on.
Kevin Smith
Director Of Operations
Kevin Smith joined the team as Director of Production in 2021, bringing 6 years of Construction Management. Kevin focuses on the day-to-day schedule, maintaining customer and vendor relationships as well as working side by side with Project Managers to ensure OHSA compliance, and Arizona building codes are upheld. Kevin brings a sense of consistency and leadership to A1 Roofing Inc., making sure each and every job follows A1 Roofing Inc's expectations and procedures and ensures customer satisfaction. Kevin's role in the Executive Team at A1 Roofing Inc provides a level of practicality, and sense of comrodery that is invaluable. Kevin's contribution to the company's organizational structure is seen daily in all projects in office and in the field.
Kyle McAdams
Director Of Marketing
Kyle McAdams is our acting Director of Marketing. His history is rooted in family owned business. Both his parents owned and operated small businesses during his youth. Inspired by their hard work and customer-centric approach to building their brands Kyle developed a passion for helping others and for integrity that sits at the core of who is. Kyle obtained a degree in accounting and finance from CGCC earning his way to the presidential honors list every semester before finding his way into the digital marketing space for the last 5 years. Now he is using his experience and knowledge to grow our brand so that one day everyone can experience the A1 difference.
